"Have used them several times this summer to get trees trimmed, yard waste hauled to Compost Site, and transport logs to friend's house. Equipment and pricing was better now than when I rented similar equipment 10-12 years ago at their competition. Customer Service was on par and everyone was very helpful. I had expected similar customer service as their competition when a homeowner comes in for equipment, but they greeted me the first time same as if one of their regular customers. Highly recommended them and they came highly recommended to me."
"Worse customer service ever. I rented a lift and as soon as I used it the hydraulic lines busted and I was stuck 20 feet up in my backyard for over a hour and a half. They brought me a new one and that one didn't work. I also got a wood chipper and it stopped working after 3 hours of running. I had to replace the fuel filter because it was dirty clogged. The chainsaw they gave me wouldn't start if let sit more than 5 minutes after running. I had to service everything. They said they would make it right but didn't. They won't even reply back to me. Don't waste your time and money with this place."
"Mike at Tuffman's Sandusky provided remarkable service! I was in such a pickle when my forklift breaks went out on a tradeshow site, Mike saved me! The delivery driver's drop off was also early and he was super kind. We service shows in the area a few times a year and will definitely call Tuffman's for our equipment rental needs in the future. Can’t thank your team enough!"
