"Waited over an hour for employee to help with Appliance purchase, was told we had to wait for delivery 6 days. Had to take off work for delivery to sign. Delivery men show up with banged up fridge. They also turned it around on the gravel driveway and scratched it to hell. All of our food was in coolers. Call the store back. They say we don't have any options except to wait another 5 days for delivery. She also said no one had any of the fridges anywhere. Took it upon ourselves to get a new one at another lowes because they did have it. So now we have to drive 45 mins to another store, get the fridge, wait for them to return the money on the card because sandusky will not allow even exchanges between stores (Double the expense temporarily), plus gas and time, and a days wages. The avon store was super nice and had everything in stock. They even took the time to go over the warranty again and let us look over the fridge. 100% would not recommend the sandusky store. Pic below of how they spun the fridge unprotected over the gravel. At least use cardboard? Come on. I don't think I can trust lowes delivery now either."

"Was in there for over an hour and seen a bunch of employees none of them offered help. Then when I did press the help button for assistance on something an employee walked passed me looked at me as I was standing by the help button and continued to keep walking. Still standing there waiting, the help light quit going off so I pressed it again another employee was doing something stopped was he was doing come over greeted me and said he was sorry no one has helped me yet he didn't know why because he heard it. An employee from another department helped me but it took him 15 minutes to answer the light. Overall just an aggravating experience I rather go to menards"

"Hands down BEST Lowes we’ve ever been to! Super clean, well organized, and happy employees. Mr Don walked right up and offered to help find an item. Located everything we needed for the job. Cashier was super friendly and took extra time packing the drill bits so they wouldn’t pierce the bags. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. This manager needs a raise, these employees need recognition, and other Lowes could learn a thing or two from here! Wow! Just wonderful! Sure wish our Lowes back home was this put together!"

"Pretty decent home improvement store. Many different sections of items from appliances, to plumbing and electrical. The paint selection is really nice and they offer a good selection of brands and types. The outdoor and seasonal plants are generally well stocked and easy to find. The employees were very friendly and helpful with my questions. The bathrooms were clean. The store is handicap accessible with plenty of parking available. I was pretty happy with my visit, however they were out of several of the items I was looking for."
