"John Wood and Bath Inspirations have made my out dated worn out bathroom into a luxury spa space. He was on budget and he listened to what I wanted. His workers took care while working in my home. They kept things as clean as possible thru out the demo. Every one I show it to are in love with the outcome. He started at the end of November 2023 and fisnhed just into the new year. Thank you"

My profile name is immaterial to the factual statements made in my review, and if the company cannot or will not address those (and instead wants to spend time hyper-focusing on my profile name, and not the facts as they have been presented here), then the company needs to ask some long, hard questions about its business practices. Their "lead contractor," Jim, ripped my wife and I off. Took $2,000 of our money for materials he never delivered. Constant excuses, was always "running to Lowes," "Waiting for delivery from Home Depot," "something came up" Mary Beth from Bath Inspirations asked us to "hold off" on suing Jim. Bath Inspirations wouldn't even acknowledge we had been ripped off. Legal remedies are now being pursued (criminal, civil) against Jim and civil remedies against Bath Inspirations. Avoid these scammers."

"The post from Tom Jones, which sounds like a fake name, and the review that was just placed a week ago is either a bogus review from a bitter ex-employee who happens to be the designer mentioned in the review or an outright lie. We do not purchase our products from Lowes or Home Depot. We use commercial grade products. No offense to those outlets. Jim Noble is not a contractor for Bath Inspirations. We do quality work and have since 1983. Tom Jones has never been a customer of Bath Inspirations and Bath Inspirations has performed no work on our behalf for anyone named Tom Jones and I have requested that Google investigate this and remove this from our site. JoAnn our designer does incredible work. We offer well developed designs for our customers and luxury remodels for a great value. Please do not believe this fake review! If there is a Tom Jones who hired a contractor named Jim Noble, he is not a contractor that works for us and we had nothing to do with a project contracted for Tom Jones or performed by Jim Noble. Again the review from “Tom Jones” is not and never has been a customer of Bath Inspirations. If there is a Tom Jones feel free to call the showroom. I’d welcome the conversation if you truly exist. The review is fake. Do not believe it!!"
