"Do you know what makes this hardware store nice ? the fact that it’s connected to EADS and there’s a coffee shop also on the other side, so in essence, you get the benefit of outside decking, coffee, and hardware. And I’d love to say I was joking but it’s true. What’s nice about this particular spot is that it’s a cure and simple small town hardware shop that doesn’t feel commercial in a sense and that’s what makes it so lovely."

Nothing like the typical corporate trained, fake smiles, impatient, pushy,, resentful serve, passive aggressive"so called friendliness" you find everywhere else these days. I had looked everywhere for Lestoil cleaner/degreaser, grocery stores hardware stores, walmart meijer all the big hardware lumber supply, didn't have it, several places told me it was no longer sold anywhere... Just friendly mentioned how I missed lestoil at this little store and she found it for me and started stocking it! Thank you soo much!"
"I went to the Hardware General Store last year to purchase a new weed eater and was amazed how courteous and knowledgeable the salesman was. This year I needed a new chainsaw and again the salesman was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. If anyone is looking to purchase a new STIHL product you can’t find a better place than Loveland Hardware General Store!"
"Truly one of Loveland’s hidden gems! I stop by about once per month to buy dog/cat food, and always have a pleasant experience! I’m always blown away when the gentleman who works there offers to take my bags out to my car. The great customer service is what keeps us coming back!"
