"Spent over $800 dollars with them, $300 on one tree. Asked specifically at time of purchase what the warranty was and was told it is 1 year with proper care. Tree died and I called about a replacement and now they say no warranty. This is a terrible way for a local company to do business. I highly suggest you walk across the street to Louiso’s and pay a little more for better service and a reputable product."
"Great service and communication. Have been using Neffs for past 10+ years for lawn service and plants. Always great service and products. Charlie and Anita have been great for our community and prices cannot be beat for price and quality. Their crew threw a rock that shattered one of our sliding doors on their first time cutting about 10 years ago and they had it replaced within a day or two. Honest and timely. I wouldn't trust my lawn with anyone else."
