"Good if you need a box of screws or a basic tool or two, but if you need things they don't carry enough of, don't expect them to remember to bother ordering it for you. Just go to a bigger store that would have more than 2 shelf brackets."

"Called ahead of time to see if they had a uncommon fitting, I was put on hold a couple of minutes then he said yes we do, drove out of my way to get their with gas at $4.00 a gal, they not only didn't have any they never did. The guy was lazy and just did want to walk20 ft to check. I burt at least $12.00 in gas ."

"!!!!!!DON'T DO IT!!!!!! JUST DON'T Just go to the big box store So I have always enjoyed helping the small time lumber yard. On my way home I needed (3)1x6x8 poplar boards. I passed 2 Lowe's and a home depot. But thought it's only 3 boards. Might as well help out the small timer. INSTANT REGRET. This job of mine had to be done tonight( my own fault) and I should have never relied on them. So you may not be able to tell from pictures but, All of the boards were so wavy(width wise) like someone has no idea how to use a planner or table saw. 1 board literally had 4 different wavy widths. I paid 17 dollars a piece for these!!! I go to the big store I pay less and i get the correct width at least. So disappointed in this place"

"These Guys and Gals were great when I started my shed project getting 95% of the material from here put your order in go out to the yard and load straight into your vehicle with help from the yard man definitely will use them when I start my Garage Big Shout out to Nate"

"Good selection of lumber and building supplies. Not so good for hardware. However, the rating is due to the fact that their customer service has lacked each and every time I've ever gone here in the past 7 years. This place isn't a box store like Lowe's or Home Depot. They seem to cater specifically to the professional contractor. I have seen employees "talk shop" and bend over backwards to help the pros who come in. But whenever I asked them a question, they seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping. Sadly, this wasn't a one time experience. It is every time I've ever gone there, regardless of who is behind the counter. Being the only hardware store in the area will keep me coming back for those quick necessities, and they do have a good lumber selection. I just know not to bother asking questions when I do go. Furthermore, they are closed on the weekends, so those DIY folks who work weekdays may not be able to get here."
