"Terrible customer service. Tim Messer is the owner & avoid calls, texts & emails. He does not respond promptly or at all. He claims he’s too busy. Countertops quality is terrible & we have been trying to get it resolved for 8 months. What we expect him to do to resolve this & what he is willing to do are miles apart. There is no warranty & he does not hold up his end of the agreement in any way. Do not use this company. There is not enough cost savings from granite or other countertops. Find a professional company & avoid this one."

"Tim at A & B handled the installation of our new counter tops! Our old laminate tops where removed by them and new counters made by them installed. We picked a color and 3 weeks later they came removed our old tops installed the new tops as well as our undermount sink we got from them. Our plumber came (they don’t handle the plumbing) later that day to hook everything up! We didn’t even go a day without our tops. So far it seems really scratch resistant and easy to clean. Stephen and Tim were both great! We look forward to our bathroom remodels and then doing the tops in there!"
