"The same guy is still working there for years. The store is organized, clean, and easy to find tools I went for a replacement battery, and he showed me a deal on a fogger that was $30 cheaper than just a battery. It is in the premium outlet of Monroe, so there are other stores around and food court. Parking is plentiful. It's mostly under cover for inclement days. Recommend"

"I’ve enjoyed my experience so far until recently. I purchased an 18v trimmer and the trimmer came with no screws to mount the guard, no battery just a charger, and also on my first use of the trimmer I started smelling something and looked down and the head of my trimmer was smoking. It continued to smoke as I set the tool down and no longer used it but it did not catch on fire. I’ve tried to call the store multiple times but I can not seem to get ahold of anyone."
