"Lied to customers for 6+ months selling them the same paper in two different boxes at two different price points while claiming they were different brands when in fact they were the same cheap XP11. This happened over 3 years ago when I worked there. Nickerson wanted to put their name on something people would see so they bought paper boxes branded with their name on it. They told us the drivers that it was the expensive Hammer Mill or Georgia-Pacific paper you know what lawyers/business print documents on just in a different box with our name on it, but when you opened it up it was the exact same label and barcode as the cheapest paper we sell the paper puplic schools make copies on. So if you ever bought a box of Nickerson branded paper they told you that it was expensive Hammer Mill or GP (just in there nickerson branded box) when in fact it was the cheapest paper they sell. I delivered both boxes to multiple companies for over 6 months while the management and owners knew of their mistake and did not change the pricing or inform customers that they were receiving the same low quality but paying the high price for premium paper they thought they were getting. Owners aren't really invested in their business, most impersonal people I've ever met, I think they just like saying they own a business."

"Delivered a truckload of paper there. 6:30 am appointment, no exceptions. Staff was easy to work with. Polite, fast unload, over all a good experience. There is no dock there. Be sure to inquire directions from dispatch or broker. There is no overnight parking. Rest area is about 4 miles south for overnight."
