"they tried to sell me a floor model laser measuring tape at full price. When I told them that I would prefer to have a new one they said that they didn't have and that was the only one they had. They were trying to sell it to me at full price. They said that they can get me a new one but I would have to pay for the shipping. Not really sure what that's all about? I've never been sold a product that is the for model and try to pass it off as a new product."
