"We have been in our home for almost a year now. Dan Kegley Construction was a professional, respectful and trustworthy builder. They worked with us successfully from 2400 miles away during the pandemic in our move to Ohio. We were kept informed including pictures of the progress, when we were not able to travel due to the pandemic. Prompt responses were provided within the day regarding any questions. They helped with drawing changes to accommodate our land and with local banking to obtain a building loan; the bank had full confidence in Kegley Construction. Permits for one small variation was completely coordinated with the county without our need to be involved. One of the best things is at the beginning of the building process we were given a timeline as to when each step of the build was to occur, including walk through dates, when building choices were needed to be made, and install dates of flooring, cabinets, lighting etc. Once that was complete, they stayed on track. Kegley Construction did not make any unrequested change orders increasing our cost. All the suppliers were flexible and very helpful. The quality of build is excellent. Kegley Construction does a 90 day and 1 year warranty repair. We had very few issues and they were resolved in a timely manner. We feel we have one of the best new modern farm houses in Champaign County. Dan Kegley Construction will be highly recommended by us going forward."

"We have been in our new home since Feb 15, 2020. Dan Kegley Construction built our house. We would highly recommend this construction company. They use quality materials, quality contractors, and provided us with a time line which they stuck with, enabling us to make plans for our move in. We got a 90 day service call, which only involved a few minor problems that were fixed in a timely manner. We then receive a 12 month service call, which I found it hard to find any problems. What small problems we did find were some caulking pulling away from the house settling, which is normal process of building a house. This too was finished up in a timely manner. This whole procedure was a wonderful experience for us. Anytime I would call and leave a message, my call was returned within the hour. Kegley Construction goes way beyond standing behind their work. We could not be happier. Easy to work with, made the whole experience fun and exciting. Highly recommend them."

"We have been living in our home for about 19 months now. And we love it! Dan and his team made the process, which can be quite laborious and very tedious, a peaceful and pleasant experience. Communication was good. They were up front about pricing and the timeline of the project was down to the day exactly. Find me another construction company that can estimate building a 3000 SQ foot home down to the day. You won't! Dan and his team come highly recommended. His subcontractors were very professional as well, in particular the well-digging group, millwork and trim, drywallers.Dan offers a reassessment, 90 days and 1 year after moving date fixing any issues that arise. These issues were fixed very promptly and without any hassle. Larry was our contact person for most of the project and was great to work with. We are thankful everyday for this beautiful home!
