Floorco Flooring

"Ordered the same flooring we bought for our kitchen as we did the the basement from floorco. We Ordered the same floor cause we had left over from the basement. Called ask them if they could get the same flooring was told no problem. Picked up the flooring color was the same everything looked good. Started to put the floor down in the kitchen Started with what we had left over from the basement around 500 sqft. When we went to start installing the flooring i just ordered the track system was different. The basement floor was tongue and groove the other was a different snap system. Called floorco was told the floor was made by a different manufacturer now so the system was different. I ask if there was anything they could do and was told NO only buy more floor. I had to rip the floor out i already put down. They were not willing to help with costs or time of the project. Very unprofessional and acted like I was to blame. I would highly recommend not using them. Horrible experience. Being a business owner myself its frustrating the way we were treated. Anyone who visits our place we are sure to tell them about our experience. Please stay away from this horrible operation they have going. Also they said they ordered our transition pieces and never received them either. Just horrible"

"During 2021 and 2022 Floorco has provided tub surround tile, shower stall wall/flooring/niche tile, bathroom floor tile and supplies for installation of all these. If I didn't already have a contractor for these jobs, I would have hired Floorco. Linda was enormously helpful in choosing and coordinating all the tiles. And Carol and Stephanie were always helpful answering all my questions and sharing opinions on my tile selections. Any type flooring you need is available at Floorco and the selection is huge. The prices are competitive with the "big box" stores but the quality of product is better. From the first appointment at Floorco to final delivery/pick up of all the products, you can't get better, more knowledgeable or friendly service anywhere! They'll definitely be my only choice for my next remodel!"
