"No one offered to help us. The product selection in this newer location was slim When we asked for help ....in the contractor room a lady came out of the office on the right and the dark curly headed woman said something to her before she spoke to us. I asked for Schluter samples...she dug through a box and just handed them to me. I said thank you..and she said nothing. This was a very awkward moment...the entire visit was very odd. We will not be back."
