"I highly recommend Chimney Solutions! Ben (the owner) was very responsive to all our questions and concerns converting an open wood fireplace to wood insert stove. He definitely isn’t a pushy sales person. We inquired about running the electric for the blower through the fireplace bricks and he was able to provide the kit. We had questions and he took the time to explain the process of removing existing firebricks for the new damper. He explained what to expect and the process for the first fire (it’s a process). He also advised us (with a video) that we had cracks in the outside chimney bricks and the chimney cap needed to be sealed. He quoted the work the same day. The repairs are complete and we are about a week away from building our first fire!! Thank you, Ben!!!! Did I mention they also provide chimney sweep services? We have a metal roof so it’s no easy task to do all this work!!"
