"Absolutely love getting massages here. Nikki is great. The changing room is clean with most amenities like lotion, brushes, and mouth wash available. The robes are very comfortable. The waiting areas are pleasant to sit in. I always have a glass of sparkling water before my massage but they do offer tea, coffee, and champagne should you be in the mood."

"Came here for a self-care day with my gal pals. From the time you walk in you are transformed into a place of complete peace and tranquility. This place is so serene. We enjoyed every minute of our CBD messages, also the lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks was a plus."

"I can't really speak on the services because I never got that far however, the customer service I received was horrendous. I called to see if they could look up my gift card my husband purchased for me that I misplaced and a girl named Maddy answered the phone. I immediately noticed her tone to be not so friendly but everybody has their days. I told her I misplaced the card and was it possible to look up. She asked for the gift card number which I told her again I did not have. I asked if she could perhaps use his email address he used and she said she could if he had an account. I told her I didn't think he had an account. She told me if I didn't have the gift card she couldn't help me and hung up as I was speaking. I called back and asked her why she hung up to which she replied snidely that their internet connection is bad. I asked if she was the manager an she said no. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she wasn't there. I asked for the managers name and she said she didn't know. I told her I would be coming up there and she miraculously remembered the managers name which is Tina. I told Maddy that this is how establishments lose customers and she replied sarcastically " I'm sure your $500 gift card will make us lose a lot of business". Wow! I can't believe that they actually have this type of employee working for them. She is a representation of this business. I'm definitely following up and will make sure I speak to the necessary people to ensure that that this never happens to another customer. Maddy made sure Woodhouse Spa lost more than my money today. Because word of mouth travels...."
