"I would like to thank JEM Plumbing for their quick response to my water problem. Our main water line had a small leak creating problems in my basement. Luckily I was able to shut off the water to the house to isolate the problem. I reached out to JEM Plumbing at around 8:30pm Tuesday night. I was able to send pictures to Jeremy the owner and he said that he would fit us in the next day between 10am-12pm. I received a call around 10:30am the next day and it was Randy the technician stating that he would be at our house in about 35 minutes to fix the problem. About 20 minutes later Randy and Mike showed up and jumped right into fixing our problem. After about 2 hours we had running water again at a reasonable price. Randy and Mike were very professional and explained everything step by step as to the repair process. I would highly recommend JEM plumbing for all of your plumbing needs."
