"I love my bikes, therefore I would not take one somewhere (like a dealership) that I didn't feel confident in the workmanship and pricing. I sought out Paul @Twin Hills Iron due to repeat recommendations from folks that know what they are talking about. I was not let down by the appropriate pricing, the work performed, and the overall experience. However, the interaction could've involved a little more communication before making choices on my bike, like types of shocks and tires. I had asked for some options to be put together, but instead received a phone call to let me know it was done. I still gave it 5 stars and would maybe do 6 if I could, but that is because the interaction still beat any that I have ever received from a dealership or local "speed shop"."
"Have been taking my bikes here since they opened. Paul is fantastic and very professional. Always gives a solid quote up front, and contacts you if there is any issues. Sometimes scheduling is difficult, but he always does his best to get you in, in a timely manner. Wouldn't take my motorcycles anywhere else. I Highly recommend Him to anyone. Specializing in HD, but has also taken care of my Honda when i needed it."
"I've had my bike in with Paul a couple times now. What I notice and what brings me back is a guy who does good work at an honest price. Both times I did business with Paul he beat the local HD dealers quote and I didn't have to wait two weeks to get my work done. If I can't do it myself, this is where I bring my bike. Highly recommended. Ride safe."
