"Cameron is an amazing employee. I had tech issues where phone was broken. Was ready to buy new phone Saturday. Even went to Apple today to see if they could fix it. My account was frozen because Saturday cancellation of buying from Verizon messed up eligibility to buy new from Apple. Went to Verizon in Kettering to try to release the lock thinking I got a new phone. Cameron at the retail store fixed it. Amazing employee. Am still trying to remove charge from account Saturday. Over forty minutes on your accounting tech service to remove the costs I did not pick up or want"
