"We are very grateful we called Sturm and Son Plumbing. Josh put in a new water tank in the basement and replaced the fill valve and flapper in one of our toilets. He was such a pleasure to have in the house and was very accommodating and flexible with our needs since we have young children and a dog and a cat that like to run for the door. He was very professional and timely. We will definitely call again if we have another issue with plumbing in the future. Thanks for the great work Josh!"

"Called Sturm and Son on Friday evening for a drainage problem and he was able to come Saturday morning. He arrived 15 minutes early, knew what he was doing and had our problem fixed in less than an hour. "We cannot say enough great things about Sturm and Son. We were having a major issue with our main sewer line backing up into our downstairs bathroom and a larger plumbing company was the first that was able to come out. We thought it would be a simple clean out as we've had roots in the line before and had no issues getting it cabled one other time. They weren't able to get our main access cap off at the time, so they took off the toilet and went through there. They tried to cable the line and said they weren't able to get more than 10 feet outside the foundation of our house without hitting a blockage, so they would be sending a supervisor the next day for next steps. The supervisor of this other company was able to get off the main access cap but didn't even want to try to cable the line again and immediately went to wanting to dig up the yard and said it would be thousands of dollars to see what was going on. I called Sturm and Sons around lunch time to get a second opinion and he was able to come out within 30 minutes of my call. We talked through the issue and what happened before with the other company. In no time at all he was able to get his cable past the point the other company did and was able to cable down 90 feet without any issues to clean the line of any blockages. There were no breaks or major issues other than just needing to clear a block. We will always be calling Sturm and Son first from now on. He saved us thousands of dollars and gave us great peace of mind because he stayed and let water run for awhile to confirm he was able to fully clear the block. He talked through every step of the process with us and his prices were incredibly fair. We've never had such a great response from a plumber and are incredibly grateful we found him."
