"We had a clogged tub drain. I reached out to them on a Sunday night via FB and received a quick response that I would be contacted first thing Monday morning. Sure thing Monday morning I received a call and they were able to get someone out same day! Jesse came out, cleared our tub drain and also took care of our sink drain! "We had water backing up from the base of our toilet and the kitchen sink while getting ready for work. I called Parsons Plumbing based on a friend's recommendation. They were very responsive and less than 2 hours later Lee and Dennis showed up. They took time to explain things to me. They were extremely patient, professional, and honest. After assessing the situation, they told me they were going to snake through my kitchen sink first to see if that would be sufficient. This option was $300 less than plan B, which was snaking through the toilet with a larger tool to cut through large tree roots. They explained that if they had to do that, I would only be charged for the toilet snake. Thankfully, the problem was fixed for much less money than what I anticipated. They were in and out in about an hour, and no mess was left behind. Would definitely recommend!!"
"Sewer was blocked. H jacks came charged 500$ wanted another 880$ that wouldn't have solved the problem. Called Parsons, Alan and Lee showed up the next day with very professional equipment and attitude. Diagnosed the problem and had it repaired very quickly and efficiently. I have a new plumber that i will be recommending to everyone. A plus awesome job.Not easily impressed but these guys were superb. Thank u. Tom G . Grand River Ohio."
