"I brought my parents desktop in as it was having many BSOD and not working well all the time. I appreciated the free diagnostic evaluation and thoughtful response from the owner. We were quoted a fair price to replace the hard drive and transfer all the data to the new drive. The desktop was ~7 years old so we decided to wait until it completely stops working, rather than repair with the age of the desktop. We were provided some general information if we wanted to purchase a new desktop through the shop, with a quick turnaround time. Overall, the owner was very friendly, fair in prices and honest with advice. We appreciated the free diagnostic evaluation! We will definitely be coming back for any future computer repairs or issues, with multiple laptops and desktops in the household."
