"Called for road service, initially. They came out within 20 minutes. Unfortunately my truck needed further diagnosis. The tech and owner stayed until 9:30 pm on a Friday to try to get me back on the road. Having multiple DPF issues, we decided to throw in towel and complete it on Monday. Owner drove myself and my dog to a local hotel. Parts showed up first thing Monday and they resolved my issues and had me back on the road. Technician, owner, reception everyone was wonderful to deal with and meet. I will definitely be a return customer. Family owned business with good pricing and who treats their customers with respect. We need more shops like CTS."
