"I initially brought my car in for a wheel bearing issue but soon after when the bitter cold hit, I had an issue with my heating system. Both times I have been in I was respected and educated on what the issue was with my car. Being a younger woman, it’s nice knowing that someone cares to educate you on how your car works and even go as far to bring a part (wheel bearing) of a car out to you to show you how it works and why it was causing issues. Al is great and I appreciate the advice and service of from him and his mechanics."

"I always go to Absolute Auto for all of my car repairs/maintenance. These people are top notch! Never had a bad experience with them. Sometimes the wait to get your car repaired is a little bit long, but that's only because they are sooo busy all the time! When you are good at what you do, you will always have an overflow of customers! Must be very hard to keep up with all of the business that they get! So I don't fault them for the wait time to get my car repaired/maintenance! (It's always better to make an appointment if you can)......Jeff"

"Just got my oil changed at this shop. Hopefully my car will continue to run properly, and from my experience so far, I have no doubt it will. I contacted Absolute Auto via email about servicing my car and unfortunately they didn't start work after 5pm, even though they are open till 6. So they emailed me back with other options and I decided to try and get it done over my work lunch hour, as I work nearby. When I arrived at 12, they knew I was coming and had a mechanic ready and waiting because they knew I was squeezing it in during my lunch, so that was cool. The people were friendly and seemed knowledgeable, and the waiting area is quite nice as well, not some tiny room with 2 chairs like most shops (see photos). As long as my car doesn't have any issues because of the oil change, I will definitely be using this place for future work."
