"Guys, here was a beautiful experience with this company! Bill came out and reviewed my interest and coordinated everything so I could have a kitchen I always wanted. Granted it took 9 months from start to finish but it was a delay in receiving the cabinets. Nevertheless we'll worth it."

"Signed a contract with these guys back in March 2023 to remodel a small master bath. Started project Nov. 1. Took about 5 weeks to finish. Approx. 50 sqft. They put in a tile floor and 3 piece shower panel system. Tile floor was installed twice. Shoddy work. Not level. Only reason I am giving 2-stars is because the ripped it up and did it again. 2nd time looked better, but grout job was just as bad as 1st time. *Side Note - Whoever Scott is, he is the only one who showed attention to detail, cleaned up after himself and was personable and respectful. He is who laid the floor the 2nd time. Ed, who worked on the bathroom the majority of the time lacks skill, care and attentiveness. Ed openly admitted that he isn't really good with tile... So why put him on this job? I'll have to go back and re do some of their caulking around the shower pan and walls. They broke a corner piece of the shower and just didn't say anything about it. Shows a lack of integrity. Hopefully the pipes don't leak. Ed sweat the copper pipes. Looked like my 2-1/2 year old did it. 5 weeks, never cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. Left tarps rolled up, not folded, in my house with dirt and debris all over. Didn't treat my house like it was theirs. Lack of attention to detail. We would have to clean up their mess at the end of each day. Contract stated to clean up Job related debris. They did not. I just made my last payment to them. They were supposed to install shower door, which I told them I would do it. They knocked off a couple hundred dollars. They were also supposed to install baseboards. They didn't do that. I don't want anything from them, I don't want them to "fix" anything. I just wanted them to go away. They had an excuse for everything. I'm sure I am missing something else that happened during this debacle. Remember, "Good work ain't cheap and cheap work ain't good." Lesson learned."

"Poor Customer Service Poor communication Tracked dirt on to my new carpeting Do not use boot covers or cover up to protect customers home Missed appointments Finished work approximately April of this year 2023 For a $30,000 project I expected must better Professionalism My feeling after the job has been finished for about five months is very negative I have documented the entire project with pictures That is the response I thought I’d get ( Not the companies fault ) I made a $14,000 down payment in August of 2022. I’m the Customer.. I don’t want to hear excuses.. If you could not fulfill your obligation in a timely matter, you should of given the option to give my deposit back and could of went with many other window companies. Nope nothing offered…Just make the Customer wait. Ridiculous, Eight months later they finished the work. Customer service is a lost industry, One of the windows was brought to my house three times, you’d think they would check to make sure it’s the correct size window before making an appointment just to find out it doesn’t fit? Laughable. I’m sure somehow it’s my fault or I should just understand. Laughable. The next time it was cracked. They installed it anyway and they had to order yet another one. Another appointment out of my schedule. After they installed the cracked window they wanted to be paid in full? With the understanding they would install the new one once it came in. ( couldn’t tell me how long ) I shouldn’t of paid anything until all was finished but I suggested I’d pay the balance minus $3000 until last window was installed. After waiting an extended period the installer called and installed the last window. At that time the installer told us the company was forgiving the balance ( $3000 ) with all of the problems and that it took eight months to finish. I didn’t ask for that, it was offered. I thought, ok this company is going to make it right and leave me with a good feeling, which at that point I had a negative feeling about the entire project. Well I get a call from the manger saying we’re done we want to be paid. I explained what the installer said and I was made to felt like I’m a dead beat. I was told if I don’t pay the balance they will collect one way or the other? What? I’m the customer, your company representative offered that! They came back with $300 off. Again laughable, but that’s what I expected after the eight month nightmare I have been through. Not at any time did a manager call or come out and see me I person and inspect their work. I thought even after I paid the balance I’d get a phone call asking how my experience was. No call no communication, in their response I can call them? Laughable! I’m the Customer! My experience was No customer service or if they cared of how the job went. Just pay the balance! I’m now investigating if a permit was required. To my knowledge no inspection was done or permit was pulled, at least no card was present during the entire eight months this project took. They did have to come back twice to adjust two of the doors which snow was blowing into the house. I’m sure it’s the manufacturer fault or mine based on my experience with this company. They mock me why I posted five months after the job was finished. ???? I’ve had some health issues and just didn’t have the strength to deal with their nonsense. This review is just a small part of a bigger story I could report. Their response should of been, sorry for your experience Mr Despoth. We will look into your concerns and adjust our policies for our future customers. Nope I get excuses ( the manufacturer ) or my fault. Buyer Beware! I hope my project is the exception not the rule."
