"Workers were great. I went into the store and they helped me match my other flooring BUT, I asked them to schedule a time for their contractor to come out and give me an estimate. No one’s ever called. I’ve called twice and the contractor has yet to call me. I was super hopeful for these guys too. Ended up buying the flooring elsewhere and contacting a contractor myself to install."
