"A few of the pictures of the damage this company did to our home during installation of flooring . And the owner said he would fix the problem and was a no show. He said he wanted to make it right after they failed to show up and dropped off a sample trim he wanted to replace it with and it did not come close to matching the current trim. We just want the money returned to us so we can have our home returned to what it was before they caused this damage"
"My experience with this company and the Owner, Wade, is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a flooring company. The carpet seems the lowest quality with so many cut marks/seems all over the room.... and the vinyl flooring scratches with normal wear. I've never been so disappointed in the quality of the work. They damaged our freshly painted walls and left huge gaps between the wall the baseboards and the flooring. And not surprising, the owner doesnt respond at all."

"Very rude people, man in carpet Mart van almost ran me off the road. Came out of the drive with out looking or even slowing down, right in front of me, then slammed on the brakes after cutting me off. This man then had the nerve to tell me I shouldn't be in a hurry, wow! Really! I would go without carpet before using people like this."
