"We had a water main break in our home. Our kitchen, laundry room, dining and living room all got wet.We went to Tim Hogan and met Ron.Chose the carpet we wanted and also vinyl plank. We were down to bare floor so the flooring could dry out.We were going to have the vinyl plank installed first but was told it was stuck in Miami because nobody would unload it.Went ahead and got the carpet laid and Beth called to say if we wanted to come in and look at some more plank that they had in stock. We chose another that was pretty close cause I didn't want to wait! We understand things happen and its nobody's fault. Ron and Beth were both great and very helpful and would use them again!"

"Ron was great to work with. We were looking for flooring then found out our time frame was shortened. We were blessed that the installer was able to work within our window of opportunity. Ron picked up the carpet so it was ready for the installer. As they were laying the carpet they noticed a difference in the color. Ron was able to negotiate a credit towards the rest of our flooring needs. New carpet really makes a difference in appearance. We are looking forward working with Ron and Beth on the next phase."

"We have had carpet from tim hogan's installed several times, in several houses over the years.. Beth is very knowledgeable and very helpful. We never feel ripped off, we always feel like we are treated very fairly here. The installers are a great bunch of guys. They took the time to fully explain and show me what they were doing, and why. They also took the time to make sure all seams were lined up, and the patterns match perfectly. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!"

"My experience with the actual store and its sales people was pretty good with one exception.... My experience with the installers was poor. Person comes out to give a quote. Gives a price. Installers then come out and want more money. Says the person who gave the quote did it wrong. In addition, no one made it clear what they were and were not going to do (like moving the furniture back, we were willing to pay for that). The store salesperson states it is my problem that I don't understand what should and should not happen when people install the carpet. Really? So my recommendation is to make it very clear to the installers (especially the guy who gives the quote) what you want done, how you want it done and how much it is going to cost. Otherwise the people who actually install the carpet will start renegotiating the price, which is utter BS in my book."
