"I am reposting this from a year ago which I posted on Hilltop Service Performance, which has since been removed. If this company does jet-ski repair, then don't let them fool you with their statement that they are the best of the best in jet ski repairs. This is not true. They had our ski for over 2 summers. They claim to fix the problem, get their money, and then when it still does not operate, continue to put you off. Be very very cautious using this company to repair your jet ski. Be sure to have a test run completed BEFORE you pay. Once you have paid in full, and there are still issues, (we were towed off the lake twice after they claim to fix) they will put you at the very end of the service line, put you off, and only take care of their clients that still have not paid. They do not update you or return phone calls. After we were out thousands, we took it to another jet ski repair, where it was determined to "scrap" the ski."
"This is the best place I have ever encountered. We have owned jet ski's all of our life. I have a 2013 Sea Doo that had less than 20 hours on it and took it to JJ's in Huron over 7 times in one summer because it would get hot and then shut off and wouldn't start back up... even though JJ's just put in a brand new battery. Long story short, Hilltop spent the time on it and kept it to water test it to ensure it ran right. They charged me a reasonable price for all the work they did to it. I used it this summer with ZERO problems."
"Can't say enough about how great my experience was. Took in my ski when every other shop in the area was either 2 weeks behind in work or refused to fix it. Fixed the problem the first time, at a reasonable cost, and very quickly. Customer service was top notch, the entire team is very knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely be bringing all of my powersport needs to Hilltop in the future."
