"My vehicle broke down on the Turnpike and it was towed into Michael's first thing Monday morning. I received a phone call from them within 30 minutes of it arriving. By noon they had called with the diagnosis. I had broken a belt, I figured it was the water pump that had seized and was expecting a huge repair bill. By Tuesday morning my vehicle was ready to be picked up and the bill was $200. Needless to say, I'm a happy guy. Great communication through out and quick thorough repair.
