"Friday 12/30/22... right before holiday weekend our hydronic heat system failed. I knew it came down to the circ pump, and actually had a replacement on hand. However, decided to let a pro install and check stuff just in case. House heating isn't a big deal in these conditions right now, but no hot water is. BD from Lucas found out after swapping the pump that there were a number of other component failures that caused the circ failure. These I verified. BD rushed to get the necessary parts here at the last minute before supply places closed and got it installed... including a real spacial headache part. Kudos for the great work late on a Friday. Glad we called them! Excellent work."

"Avoid this place, call anyone else!! We bought a house that had just had a new furnace installed by this company. Upon closer inspection of the installation we noticed that it was leaking water. So I gave them a call, they came out and did some "repairs". Well it's been some time now and the unit has started to leak again. Come to find out when they did the original "repairs", they actually tried to cover up a crack in a part. Instead of replacing that part they patched it. So now the patch is leaking again, its out of warranty and I'm NOT having them back out! TERRIBLE JOB! I had them out once before to look at a minor issue and they over charged me for doing NOTHING! The guy was on his phone the entire time and honestly did absolutely nothing! I was so upset. I spoke with the manager who was a jerk and was chuckling and blowing me off the entire time. He ended up hanging up on me. In the end I had to pay them half of what they asked. I was so upset. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!"
