"Had my 1st level floor done and the floor itself looks nice. I have a squeak in the kitchen, living room and by the front door. I was told that wouldn't happen. I had a spot (squeak) I was concerned about before they laid the flooring and it was to be addressed and was not. The trim work was awful. Color didn't match and very careless cuts. In some spots bare wood. The owner went to a local store and bought a marker to cover those bare area's. Two area's that should have had transition pieces they used caulk. I paid another company $1400 to re-do all the trim work. Next step is to pay someone to come fix the squeaks."
