"I called on a Wednesday afternoon to see if a plumber could come out to install a new tub and shower faucet because I couldn't find where the leaks were coming from in the existing unit. To my surprise, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning! When Justin arrived, he immediately put on protective booties over his boots and wore a face mask. I explained what I wanted to do. He checked out the existing plumbing, then suggested that we also put in shutoff valves and widen the access panel. I agreed to the plan. With that he began working diligently to fix and install everything. After he completed the project, he cleaned up both areas, entirely. I was able to look at the work, and ask a few questions then he neatly packed up and wrote out the invoice. The whole process was great and the work is top notch."
