"We have 5 reps total for our store. Palmer Donavin is by far a joke compared to the others. Their warehouse is unorganized. The rep they gave me for this area has no idea how to be a good service rep or salesperson. They have terrible delivery policy, and honestly don't have that great of deals on the stuff they sell."
