"Furnace started making noise called got fixed fast great service"
"The quote I asked for and was originally given was 400.00 to replace 2 drains and install a faucet that I had to purchase. When the day came to do the job, the plumber only remembers quoting 1 drain and the faucet, even though he definitely looked at both drains. He brought (and installed) the wrong size parts and had to make several trips to get materials. Magically, the quoted price nearly doubled without as much as a warning until it was too late. So in the end, I ended up paying $700.00 for the replacement of one shower drain and the installation of 1 bathroom faucet that I had to purchase. I also asked for a quote for a new furnace and AC unit, but chose to take my 7K to a business that was much more reliable and professional. Who on Earth can afford to pay double? *Not prepared for the job. (Manufactured home standard drain size is different from conventional stick built homes, he literally came to look them over, he should have known that.) *Way over budget without any warning. *Not reliable. *I do not recommend them for this type of job."

"Have done business with Reliable for 25 years. No more. Paid for system check in May. Following October furnace wouldn't work. Was told no appointments for ten days. We were without heat. Will never deal with them again."
"We didn't even get "Reliable" to come out to our new home to install our well. It rained for just a little bit, maybe even just sprinkled, Reliable decided not to come, they said they would be at our home by 8:30am and now expect us to wait a week or more for them to come again instead of pushing it back a day and everyone else back like they did to us in the first place!! They should be called "Unreliable". If you want any outdoor work done, you are better off with someone else."
