"I have been using Noteworthy Tours for all of our group music trips since 2011. During that time they have proven to be professional, dependable, and provide a great service at a great value. They make the task of trip planning very easy on the director. The communication from their staff regarding itineraries, prices, and lodgings have been prompt and accurate. Payments and always been promptly received and deposited and refunds (from this year's cancelled trip) have been promptly sent as well. Their policies regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds are clearly stated in all of their contracts, and it is up to the director to understand these policies and to communicate these expectations to parents and administration. If I ever have any questions about any of these policies, my tour representative is always very easy to contact and able to answer all of my questions satisfactorily. This is a company that does everything that it takes to make sure both students and staff have the best possible trip experience."

"Our school has traveled with Noteworthy Tours for almost 30 years, traveling every 2 years since 2004. Being the band director for 20 of those years, I can personally attest to Noteworthy's professionalism and quality of service. I have never had an issue with an itinerary or finances. My tour representative checks in with me periodically to see if I need anything. Noteworthy has always gone the extra mile to accommodate any requests during itinerary planning or on a trip. I appreciate that their tour guides are retired teachers who understand the needs and logistics of traveling with school groups. Our band was scheduled to travel to Philadelphia and Gettysburg in March of 2020. Due to COVID, Noteworthy rescheduled our entire trip without any changes to the itinerary or price for March of 2021. We recently had to cancel the trip, but did so under their advisement in order to get the best refund possible. Noteworthy's contracts and terms are laid out very plainly, including refund percentages within set timelines. There has never once been an instance of Noteworthy raising the price of the trip after the contract is signed. Many of the negative Google reviews appear to make good cases, but there are untold parts to these reviews. Often booster groups are involved in group travel, as well as school administrators. Did the group request a change after signing the contract? Then they should expect extra charges. Group leaders/directors should work with parents, students, administrators and the tour company to create a positive travel experience. To date, there are only positive reviews from school group leaders/directors. I will continue to use Noteworthy Tours for school band travel. I have always felt they are fairly priced, and provide a quality, educational experience for our students. I look forward to traveling with them to Florida in 2022!"
