"I feel very taken advantage of. After almost two years of living in my first home the AC would only hold temp, not cool down due to a small refrigerant leak. This was the first business I called and they came out and did not find the leak but topped up the refrigerant. The bill came out to $440 and after they left my air conditioning ran exactly the same as before they came. It still did not cool the temp. They wanted another $90 service charge to come back out but I was able to talk them into coming for no service charge. They told me that my duct work may be the issue (when my AC had ran beautifully for the past two years with no prior issues.) After quite a few back and forth they never were able to figure out the issue with my AC and I was still left with the exorbitant $440 refrigerant bill and no solution. I ate the bill and paid a friend of a friend $60 to come out for a 30 minute fix and my air has been working ever since. I will not ever recommend Greater Comfort Heating and Air. The service men were all very nice and professional even though they did not fix the issue."
