"Had trouble with one of our mowers & decided to take it to Tony's small engine repair in summit. They took it apart and found that the head was bad on it. I was going to get another head for it, but when I went and picked it up from their shop, the mower itself, along with the parts, (push rods, rockers, nuts and bolts) was all uncovered and exposed to all the weather we have had lately (alot of rain) (ALL OF THE PARTS THEY HAD PUT IN A CARDBOARD BOX AND LEFT OPEN, ON THE STEP OF THE MOWER) anyways, the push rods, rockers & etc has now got rust on them. INTERNAL ENGINE PARTS LEFT IN WEATHER. Not including the exhaust was just laying in the seat, not covered, so rain got in it as well. The breather was not put back onto the carburetor, manifold holes was not covered with anything. The top of the jug was exposed where the head was off, so the piston was uncovered and exposed. All open and exposed holes. The hood however was down, but the vents on top of the hood was not blocked off or covered, which resulted in alot of water in the carburetor that I just went through and cleaned & rebuilt it completely. Who knows where else water has gotten into. I have heard good things about this shop, but from my time experience going here I am not impressed and most certainly will not go back. (Pictures was took once I got it home)"

"I took my lawnmower in for repair. He immediately saw that gas was leaking into the carburetor. After a month it was finally repaired and I picked it up. It was hard to start but finally it fired it up and low and behold, gas was leaking. I had to buy a new lawnmower. Very shoddy work. I did not take it back to him because if he can't make sure it works before he charges someone and sends it out the door, he won't do right the second time. I did not have another month to wait. I do not recommend."
