"Had a blowout and was refused service because they closed in 10 minutes and didn't want to have to work over. When I worked at Walmart we had to take any customer up until the time we closed even if it meant we had to work over. Poor customer service and there is no excuse for it."

"Waited for 2 hours to find my tire couldn’t be repaired. No problem. Not their fault. I decide to purchase 2 tires. They have 2 in stock. It’s 6:30 and they close at 7:00. Manager has left for the day, leaving a guy to take care of the counter who is on his first day there. I agree to return the next morning so the guys can go home on time. Next morning, new crew. Won’t sell me the tires. They are “special order”. So special in fact, that they’ve sat there for at least 2 days. I’m guessing longer. Sadly, this location needs to close the auto shop."
"This is the slowest place in the world. I had an appointment got there on time. They told me it would be an hour and half came back then and they hadn't touched my car and yold me it wpuld be an0ther hour and half. So I left. So irritating."
