"Initially we were planning a cruise to Alaska, and I mentioned to Keith that if he had any interesting European packages to let me know. He responded with our Alaskan package and for the same price and all-inclusive Mediterranean cruise. He not only arranged and explained the cruise and how everything worked, he set up airfare, transfer from the airport to/from the ship, a hotel for the extra night we stayed in Venice. He also helped us book excursions through a reputable third-party vendor that were the same as the cruise ship but half the price and much less crowded. He arranged and explained everything.
