"These gentlemen were life savers. We just moved in to our home and everything was going smoothly until 4 days in the toilet wouldn’t flush. After ruling out septic, these guys came out same day (one bathroom home) and cleaned out the drain to the septic in no time for a very reasonable price. I cannot express my appreciation enough. "Called Plum Crazy plumbing and told them our bathroom drains were blocked. Consented to a $489.00 weekend fee. They sent someone from another plumbing repair shop “who had only drainage clearance experience”. After looking at the outside drain was clear he wanted an additional $150.00 to look into the drain pipe located on the roof. He then removes the toilet, runs a snake down the pipe and says it’s clear. Then, he had to call another plumber to get his assistance to put the toilet back together properly. He attempts to remove the water feed line into the toilet but the “nut” wouldn’t turn. He asks me to hold the one end of the line with a pair of channel locks while he turns the “nut”. I told him he was turning it the wrong way and he replies “lefty loosey, righty tighty. Well he couldn’t loosen it so he asked me for my hacksaw to cut it off. After two and a half hours he tells me it’s done, but, he needs another $150.00 to run a camera down the roof pipe to look for pipe damage. Nope! So I go into the bathroom and flush the toilet. WOW lots of water leaking around the base. Ten minutes later he announces it’s all done. Once again I flush the toilet and it seems to be ok, but what a mess he has left. I told him he can leave while my wife and I will clean up the mess. He takes my email address and said final paperwork will be sent, and after three days I haven’t received anything. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!"
