"Deaton Plumbing Company came to me on a recommendation from a friend and I am so thankful they were. Talk about above and beyond!! Nick was so great, just unbelievably awesome and I think he may actually be a Saint! My clog became a nightmare of epic proportions. I bought my house about 3 years ago and the poor house's pipes were not treated kindly. (Poor House, most of it was not treated kindly I am finding out as I go along trying to fix things). This went from a clog, to a clog that Nick couldn't get through with conventional measures, then having to go down the line and cut into the basement ceilings to try to find said clog and the only option of cutting the pipe, removing more grease than a Wendy's Restaurant would ever dream of having (and poor Nick, it was so bad, so, so bad, such a mess he had to deal with, thus the Sainthood comment above) to having to removed Several feet of pipe and replacing it. Nick Never, Ever gave up. He was determined, I'm not sure if anyone else would have stuck to it as hard as he did! After all that & putting the sink back together, running water into it AND IT WAS STILL CLOGGED. We were both Shocked, our eyes were as big a saucers, just unbelievable. Poor Nick - this had been all day he worked to resolve this. He said he could try running through it again with conventional tools to see if it was small enough to clear now that the rest of the line was cleared but if that didn't work we would have to go into the wall behind the sink. Again, Thank the good Lord he never gave up. IT WORKED! The rest of the line was clear enough to get through what was left right behind and just below the sink inside the pipe in the wall. Not only was Nick the best, but the office/owner came to the plate and worked with me on the cost of it all, you know how much professional Plumber and Electrician cost per hour right? - This Was All Day and I was in panic mode on how I was going to pay for all this. They were very understanding of my situation having been left with a previous owners somewhat neglected pipes and that the situation had turned into far more than anyone thought it would! They helped me get through this, all of them! Deaton Plumbing Company, LLC will be handling ALL my future plumbing needs! Again, just bought this house about 3 going on 4 years ago and have been fixing as much as I can as fast as I can, from leaking windows with rotted wood, leaking doors that cause rotting in the flooring around the doors (I knew it was bad when I replaced them but I didn't know how bad until they were being replaced - this seems to be a thing for this poor house) to having to dig drainage ditches because of standing water not draining properly to close to the house. Plumbing was next on the list so there is more to come. I love this house, I am slowly fixing as much as I can and I am just waiting for it to start loving me back!! LOL Here's hoping!"
