"I called for service, but they never showed up or called me back."
"I had the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service by whomever answered the phone today. This company was contracted out by my home warranty company to go on a service call at my property. Being that I live out of state, my tenant set up the service call. She was hounded by the technician to pay the deductible before service, however, she wad not responsible for it, I was. I tried to call the number to arrange payment for the deductible only to be greeted in the rudest way possible over the phone. He didn't answer with the company name or even his name. He answered, "yea, what do you want? " Once I told him who I was, he began going on a rampage about my tenant and how he didn't understand why "she wouldn't pay the deductible after paying hundreds of dollars for a home warranty." When I FINALLY got the man to shut up long enough to tell him that I was the homeowner and therefore responsible for the deductible, he began cussing at me and hung up on me. I tried to call back to get a customer service rep and got that nasty unnamed man again. I asked him if he would like to receive business today or not, and if so, he needed to address my tenant and myself in a better tone. He laughed at me and hung up again. What on earth is this man's problem and what would cause him to blow up without reason? ! I would NEVER give my business to this company EVER. Would you want such a loose canon in your home?"
