"This is by far the worst auto repair shop I have ever experienced. I had my car towed to them because whenever I started the engine made a bunch of noise. When I returned for my diagnosis the guy literally told me "well it sounds like whenever you start it making a bunch of banging noises" I'm like seriously this has to be a joke."
"Went in to get a diagnostic done for my front driver side wheel, told them my car was shaking and I could hear a sound coming from there, they told me it was a bad drive shaft, and clearly that wasn’t the issue because 15 minutes after I left their shop my wheel broke off of my car. Called them and told them what happened and they refuse to take accountability for not giving me a proper diagnosis."

"Worse experience ever. Recently received a tune up. I had to bring my car back to the shop, because it started running rough. They informed me there was a bad spark plug, and a loose wire, in which they supplied the parts. Charged me for unnecessary services that didn't fix original problem."
"A guy named Gary kept my car in the parking space for a whole entire week and he didn't fix the problem with my car. He made up excuses on why he didn't finish the job. It's a busy shop but he lied and said he would fix It and call me back and he never did. It was the worst."
