"I hired this man to come and replace a plumbing fixture in my sons bath. He charged me $475, when he left, i tested it, and it had a whistling noise. He did not reply to my texts and calls. When i went to install the shower surround, he had also installed the faucet spout too short. He eventually came out to fix that issue and to work on another issue in a different bathroom. He repaired the first issue, said he would come back for the 2nd issue, but asked that i amend my initial review which stated that i was dissapointed that he ignored my calls. Guess what, i amended my review, and he once again ghosted me. I had to hire a second plumber to come out. I would recommend against using this "professional""

"Thomas is an absolute professional. He works hard and is very knowledgeable. His business ethic is refreshing in today's world of "no call backs" and generally bad service. From first call to install on a new 80 gallon hot water heater was same day (on a Saturday mind you.) I will absolutely go to him first. Id look past every other plumbing service in 100 miles to get him here. Use Thomas....you won't regret it. Thanks again sir!"

"Just recently moved to east Tennessee and our fixer upper requires plumbing updates, while we are not quite ready for the updates just yet, my kitchen sink backed up. I read the other reviews for Tom and decided I would try this company. When I called I got no answer and knew I'd called back in a few minutes. I never got the chance to call back because Tom called me first and said he could be out the next day. He arrived on time fixed the problem, combed through our future update issues which he will be working on.
