"AMAZING!! The furnace in the house hadn't been on for a couple years. We took it apart and vacuumed it out to make sure we wouldn't have a dust fire. The furnace wouldn't come on so we called a different company who took 30 min to tell us we needed a new motherboard and quoted us nearly $700! A friend recommended Nate Burns as a second opinion and I am so glad we did! He showed up and in less than 2 minutes told me I had vacuumed out the fuse. He put one in and started our furnace right up. He took a few extra moments to make sure everything was safe and good to go since it had been off for a couple years. Readjusted and purged our gas lines as well as a few other basic things. It cost me less than $100! I am so beyond thankful for him and his honesty! He could have easily tried to scam us out of unnecessary work and money but he didn't. He was kind, courteous and fixed the issue. Thank you so much Burns Heating and Cooling! You are AMAZING!"
