"My daughter and I got some cookies from here and she ordered a strawberry cheesecake one. Unfortunately, the cookie was super doughy inside and looked as though it wasn't cooked all the way through. Wasn't trying to get sick, so we threw them away. Make sure your cookies are cooked all the way."

"I've been a harsh critic of Crumbl, and I've gotten some pretty lousy cookies from other locations in the past. I don't know what's going on in the kitchen at this Mason location, but it's like a completely different place! The cookies are thick, rich, fully-cooked, soft inside, crispy edges, well-balanced sweetness with a pinch of salt.. pretty close to perfect! Service here is 10/10, too. I still won't call myself a Crumbl fan, but this location is amazing."

"The workers at this location are absolutely amazing!! They were so welcoming and helpful! Although short, I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this crumbl location. This may be obvious, but the store smells absolutely delightful! I enjoyed every single bite! The cookies practically melted in my mouth!! I 100% recommend you visit this location!!"
