As a senior, I have had cell phones over 35 years and this is the first time, I have felt a connection to the insurer. I had been delaying for some time believing I had to take it and leave it at an ATT store. Please add this to Zack's file."

"I had an appointment to take my phone in, I arrive the man tells me hey can’t take it because he’s off early & I cannot bring it back until Tuesday. This was at 3pm.They closed at 5. Fine I bring it back Tuesday, I’m told it would be done by 3pm fast fwd multiple calls & texts later I am given the run around for DAYS before finally someone admits that “someone” but they have no idea who, attempted the passcode so many times they permanently disabled it !?? I didn’t even know that could happen. They said that I would be required to call assurion for a replacement. They assured me that since it was their fault there’s no reason assurion would not cover it and they were really sorry for the inconvenience, they have a new person etc fast fwd couple days later (when I’m off work during their limited hours) I was able to pick it back up. Again they reiterated the same spiel & apologized. Here’s the kicker. . . Thank GOD I recorded our conversations because they flat out LIED on the notes to assurion after promising taking accountability they LIED & put in the notes “customers brought their phone in disabled. Phone rendered unusable at the time of drop off” end quote from assurion representative. I was freaking baffled to say the least and so thankful I always record conversations with issues with companies making errors. I would highly suggest going anywhere else for phone repairs."

"I do not recommend this place, i decided to take a phone that needed the back screen replaced to this place because of all the good reviews. I was told it would be a week before it could be done due to having to order the parts which was fine. I waited almost 2 weeks before i called to check on the status due to never getting a call and they tell me they were having issues getting the parts and, that the parts should be there the following Tuesday and be ready for pickup the next day or on that Thursday. It’s now Friday, i never received a call so i decided to stop in and see if it was done yet and now they say it’ll be done the following Wednesday or Thursday at that point it’ll be a month since i dropped it off. No one ever called to let me know what was going on"

"I am not sure what Justin's last name is that was the technician that visited here, but that young man was incredible. He was kind, pleasant and was able to complete his job in a time frame that I didn't believe. Yet, he not only replaced the screen, he saved the data on the phone and replaced the sim card to verify everything was functional. I tip my hat to Justin!"
