"For starters, I got my oil changed twice from VW of Perrysburg and no one asked if I wanted my tires rotated. However, the other VW I went to, they were courteous enough to ask and rotate my tires for me. VW of Perrysburg’s lack of communication and rotation has led to my two back tires being cupped and my needing to get new ones. I called the service department in which I was rudely spoken to by the receptionist and the service manager. He claims that the issue could have happened before I got my oil changed there which, in fact, isn’t true because the VW of Streetsboro rotated my tires and told me that my car was fine prior to coming to VW of Perrysburg to get my oil changed. The manager’s lack of assistance and the way he spoke to me was disrespectful and I am almost embarrassed to say that I ever went to VW of Perrysburg’s Service Department for assistance. In addition, the lady who set up my two most recent oil changes was rude and unprofessional and did not ask if I wanted my tires rotated. Over all, VW of Perrysburg’s service department is not a place anyone should go to because they do not own up to their mistakes."
