"Pure disappointment. You are better off driving to Toledo Apple Store to get your phone fixed than doing it here. They are rude and somehow their techs don’t show up for 2 consecutive days! Why bother accepting appointments if you cannot fix phones?"
"Garbage service. Can't keep a schedule in line to save their life. Went from 3-5 to to 1-2 to 1-2 more 2 days later. All for something I could have done in less than a day if I had the equipment and time."
"Had my son’s phone dropped off to have the screen repaired and they didn’t have the screen in stock, so they ordered it. Said it would be in, in 3 days. 7 days later not done yet. Called to check on it couldn’t get a person from the store in Findlay to answer, so my husband traveled from BG to Findlay. For a Best Buy lady to treat him horrible and tell him they now didn’t even know when the screen would be in!? Ok we called the apple store in Toledo to see if they had the screen we needed and they do. So he went back into the store. geek squad in Findlay refused to give our phone back even though we paid for the repair and told them it was fine to not get our money back. We don’t want the money we just want our phone that belongs to us!!!!"
"Called about an adjustment on the TV wall mount and they transfered me to a women somewhere that couldnt even find my name in the system. She was very nice though. I liked it better that when you called the store tou actually talked with one of the sales people that helped you.."
