"My previous review got deleted. It was from 4years ago. This place is decent. However, the gel manicures NEVER lasted 1 week. I'd say 4-5 days at best, and I had to return for a repaint. I went to the same young lady for about 6mo., but I do not remember her name. She was nice; maybe the issue was technique? The people seemed nice, ambiance is cute. My gel just started chipping WAY too soon, so, I started doing my own nails...."
"Got my nails done from Eddy. I had mentioned that I had weak nail beds and small nails and I wanted them to look good for an event. He was super fun to chat with. Also, very very careful with the whole acrylic process extension process. The process was very comfortable and did not hurt at all. Although it was a bit on the expensive side. Will definitely visit again!"
"Hands down the best nail shop in the city. They do great work, they care about the integrity of your nail bed and they are masters at customer service. One time, the owner went to buy a beverage for herself...and brought all the customers one as well! I love this place."
"Came in for mani pedis before a friend’s wedding rehearsal/wedding weekend and the service was great. Conscious of our time, Seyha was incredibly friendly, fast, and flexible for us. Would definitely come again the next time I’m in Cleveland! (just with longer nails) :)"
